About the role
We have exciting vacancy for a Service Delivery Officer.

This role which is part of the Senior Management Team (SMT) reports to the CEO and will be instrumental in developing and delivering the charities strategy over the next few years.

The Services Delivery Officer will be responsible for the delivery of all the services provided to users and to fulfil contracts across the charity.

The scope of the role includes, but not limited to:

• Working with the CEO and SMT on the strategy of the charity and the budgets, grants and resources needed
• Agreeing short term plans and annual budget with growth plans for the coming year
• Working with the Business Development Officer on the improvement and growth of current service delivery.
• Working with the Heads of Departments across the charity to manage the daily operations of the various departments, including;
• Community Hub(s), and the services delivered from them
• National Help Hub and remote / online services
• In Work Support and Independent Living Skills services
• Employment Programmes and Training services
• Enterprises for work placement and training opportunities for autistic adults
• Ensuring the quality of all services delivered
• Engaging with users on feedback and improvement plans
• Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on all key measurements across all services
• Working with Business Development on the implementation of changes and new services

About You
You will have a genuine passion for the work of Autistic Minds and experience in a similar role. You will be a confident and engaging leader who is able to coach and inspire the team. You will have excellent organisation skills and impeccable attention to detail. You will enjoy working collaboratively and have experience of developing both people and processes. You will thrive on a challenge.

The role is based in our HQ offices on Treforest Industrial Estate, but also covers our operations in Caerphilly too.

Salary Range is between £40 - £44 k depending on experience.

Other benefits include a pension scheme and 6 weeks holiday a year plus statutory holidays.
