Coordinator for Apprenticeships

30 hours per week, this is a 12- week contract

Sparks Teaching Services, A subsidiary of The Sheffield College

£12.96 per hour

The role will be a combination of working on-site and remote.

Day-to-day, you will:


  • Manage appointments with employers for Employer Engagement Managers
  • Working alongside our Marketing department on new and existing campaigns
  • Manage and develop relationships with new and existing clients
  • Sourcing business opportunities
  • Ensuring appointments are proceeding
  • Managing the Employer Engagement inbox & responding to enquiries and requests within SLA

  • The ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise your work load
  • A proactive approach to your work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
