Description
Trainee Conveyancer

Essex based applicants only. Remote only for now. Expansion into a new office in the near future may necessitate hybrid working.

Full Time - 9am-5pm

Salary Dependable on experience

The right person can expect to progress to becoming a qualified Licensed Conveyancer.


Required Experience/Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of conveyancing experience
  • Relevant working experience of all aspects of conveyancing (new builds, help to buy etc)
  • Experience of working as a fee earner and achieving fee targets
  • Competent at all aspects of Microsoft Office
  • Selfmotivated and able to manage conflicting priorities and tasks with mínimal supervision.
  • Copes effectively in demanding circumstances.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality of work.
  • Unfailing levels of integrity and honesty.
  • Confident in building and maintaining strong working relationships with estate agents and mortgage brokers.

Desired Experience:

  • Law degree
