The company is part of an innovative Software development company.

Here the opportunity is to work alongside the company's Sales team to grow its business in the UK & Ireland.

Lead generation is the primary focus of your role. You'll be supported fully in developing several lead generation strategies.

  • Can engage people in the conversation over the phone or face to face.
  • Have the ability to understand business challenges with a consultative attitude.
  • Further, it would help if you have the researchoriented mindset to find the right companies and executives to reach out to.
  • Take ownership of the initial qualification based on current business situations, priorities and prospects' budget.
  • Record each engagement for internal evaluation and finetune the approach.
  • Making the clients feel special is part of your reputation. With a friendly, fun, and professional demeanour, you can engage with the client and build a rapport with them so that they trust you and share their business challenges with you.
  • You must have a strategic approach to engage with new prospects. It is a given that you love communication, listening, influence and using questions when approaching a client.
  • Personal drive and commitment are paramount you must be selfmotivated.
  • Ability and desire to learn
  • You will be preferred if you have prior experience in working lead generation for a digital services business. Experience in reaching out to the decisionmakers and CXOs of midsize companies.
  • The role is significant and rewarding on every level, financially, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. You will be a catalyst to generate a healthy funnel.
  • Salary package plus bonus for targets achieved£25,000 £30,000 base salary
  • OTE £40,000 £50,000
  • The flexibility of hours & remote working, as required

Additional Requirements:

  • English must be your first language in University studies
  • Bachelor's degree from a UK or Irelandbased university.
  • 3 to 4 years of work experience
  • 23 years of experience in the lead generations
  • Funloving, charming personality
