Recruitment Administrator (Hybrid working)


Hours of Work:
Permanent full time working Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:30 PM.


Location:
Hybrid working office based for 3 days a week in Colchester Essex and 2 days from Home.

Rewards: 22K-24K D.O.E + benefits.

Through our range of individual brands we specialise in facilitating the sales of new homes working with housebuilders, lenders and a nationwide network of estate agents.

We offer a broad range of Mortgage Services together with Part Exchange, and Assisted Move. We work with most of the UKs top 20 housebuilders.


As an important part of The New Home Group, the Internal Talent Team are responsible for the recruitment of all staff across 9 separate brands that sit under the New Homes Group umbrella of companies.


As part of our 2023 expansion plans and due to an internal promotion we are now looking to appoint a Recruitment Administrator to join the Internal Talent Team who will report directly to the Group Talent Manager.

The Role of a Recruitment Administrator.


You will work closely with the Talent Manager and wider Talent Team supporting them in all aspects of their daily administration duties as required, ensuring that job adverts are posted correctly and recruitment administration is up to date and accurate across a broad range of software and systems.


Recruitment Administrator Responsibilities:


  • Strong initiative, with a proactive approach.
  • IT Literate able to quickly adapt to various IT software packages.
  • Able to work at pace to deadlines.
  • Have excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Excellent administrative and MS Office skills.
  • An upbeat, selfmotivated and enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Ambitious with a desire to succeed.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Responsible for daily database management, updating files, interviews notes ETC.
  • Utilising the inhouse ATS system whilst keeping detailed records.
  • Updating the inhouse recruitment system as required.
  • Creating bespoke job adverts and updating job boards.
  • Competent user of jobboards and other advertising software.
  • Providing back office support to our team of internal Talent Consultants.
  • Handling recruitment administration, from advert to induction, ensuring that all parts of the process are carried out effectively.
  • Maintaining and updating detailed records, spreadsheets and business records.
  • Checking and creating detailed reporting on job board activity and data.

Essential Requirements:


  • Able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Competent user of applicant tracking systems with the ability to learn new software systems.
  • Able to work in a fast paced and vibrant environment, whilst keeping a focus on the detail.
  • Diligent and well organised, able to follow process with an eye for detail at all times.
  • Strong administrative/administration skills.
  • Confident and outgoing.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new skills quickly.
  • Flexible approach to work.
  • Happy to make outbound calls and take inbound calls.
