The Corporate Associate Lawyer's Role

The successful Corporate Associate Lawyer will work with a broad range of companies from a range of sectors including retail, media, financial services, and technology.

The Corporate Associate Lawyer will work with clients in a range of matters such as mergers & Acquisitions, capital fund-raising, and joint ventures.

Qualified solicitor in England and Wales
Excellent academics
Experience working in corporate and commercial
Experience working with a diverse range of companies
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proactive and friendly
