Overview:
As a Quality Service Control Officer, your primary responsibility is to ensure that all products or services meet the established quality standards set by the organization.
You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, conducting inspections, analysing data, and recommending improvements to enhance overall quality, customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Quality Control Procedures:
Design and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with relevant departments to establish quality requirements for products or services.
Conduct Inspections and Audits:
Perform regular inspections and audits of products, services, and processes to identify any deviations from quality standards.
Document inspection results, including any non-conformities or areas for improvement.
Quality Training and Education:
Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Customer Feedback and Complaint Handling:
Monitor customer feedback and complaints related to product or service quality.
Investigate customer complaints, address root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and standards related to product or service quality.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards in all quality control activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
