My client based in Stockton is looking for a Customer Care Assistant to join their team on a temp to perm basis.

Main Duties

  • Organise and set up computerised and hard copy files and documents for upcoming developments
  • Logging warranty issues from presnags, home demonstrations and handover of properties
  • Liaise with site and subcontractors and before and after completion on warranty issues
  • Help to complete instruction and warranty booklets for apartment handover packs
  • Ensure that all computerised records for every plot / development are created and updated accurately and it a timely manner
  • Organise appointments for home demonstrations, handovers, courtesy visits with homeowners / agents for the Customer Care Group Manager/Customer Care Manager.
  • Organise appointments with homeowners / agents for access for trades to attend to properties to carry out their duties.
  • Produce and nominate tickets on our in house system to relevant trades/site and update all relevant plot files/tickets upon receiving confirmation that the works have been carried out.
  • All other duties as needed to assist in the smooth running of the Customer Care Team
  • Computer literate, and have knowledge of excel, word and Outlook
  • Customer care within a property company ideally dealing with repairs / warranty issues
  • Experience with working under pressure

Rate:
£12.40ph


Hours:
Mon-Fri, 38.75hrs pw
