JOB SUMMARY

The Food & Beverage Associate - Casual worker role at London Marriott Grosvenor Square is a multi-faceted role that will allow the associate to showcase their skill sets within the 3 F&B Outlets within the hotel: Banqueting, M Club & Luggage Room Bar by providing a variety of Food & Beverage Service.

The role will be required to be scheduled to work in these outlets as business levels require with flexibility and adaptability being key to successful performance.

In each outlet, the associate will ensure guests expectations are exceeded each and every time with passionate & compelling service showcasing hospitable service at its very best.

Each outlet provides a variety of tasks from Food & Beverage service within the banqueting arena to personalised breakfast & evening canapé service in the M Club to Beverage service & memory creations within the Luggage Room Bar.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

Previous experience working within a similar environment preferred

Skills and Knowledge

Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
Innovative
Proactive and reliable
Able to work alone and within a team
Education or Certification
Good level of English essential
