Description

Key duties;

  • Obtain quotes from suppliers for materials and supplies, taking into factors such as lead times and price.
  • Manage and maintain Supplier tracker to ensure all relevant documentation has been obtained.
  • Generate, monitor & book in of POs.
  • Take a proactive approach to maintaining existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers.
  • Assist QC with handling parts/ stock.
  • Booking jobs into DMS.
  • Ensure contractor time sheets filled in daily.
  • Issue PO / Timesheets to contractors.
  • Make DIM reports sheets for job packs.

Experience;

  • Previous administration experience required
  • Previous experience working in procurement (preferred)

Qualifications / Training;

  • Proficient in Microsoft packages such as Word & Excel.

Salary:
£13.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
