Production Assistant
Position Summary
The Production Assistant will be an essential role in the live operations, working in both the Performance and Technical Department.
On a daily basis this role ensures that the performance team are able to deliver the story and all live aspects of the show, so that our guests have the best experience possible.
During this time you are also responsible for information flow of show elements to both cast and crew, so strong communication skills are key.
This position will be split across both shows, split between weekdays and weekends at either venue.Scope & Responsibilities
During live operations you will be supervising and co-ordinating the performers.
You will also support or cover the Performance Manager, taking responsibility for daily performer scheduling, ensuring cast are briefed and have what they need to complete each shift and preparing all show items (including props, radios) throughout production days.
During live periods you will be expected to be able to support the Technical Department, by operating the master show control system and other tasks as required.
Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting technical and performance issues that may arise, sometimes independently and at speed during live show operations.
You will also be required to have strong customer service as you may on occasion be the first point of contact for guests who need assistance during the show.
Background & ExperienceYou will be a self-motivated individual, with previous experience in live theatrical productions.

- A strong attention to detail, H&S, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure with strong problemsolving skills.
- Knowledge of live show operations, and a background in Stage Management & working with performers
- Knowledge of QLab and basic troubleshooting of QLab
- A commitment to delivering high quality customer experience
