Description
We are looking for a friendly, proactive individual to join our Radiology Team as Clerical Officer.

This role involves working on a variety of busy reception desks within the Radiology Department at Salisbury District Hospital, as well as being an integral part of the Radiology Admin Team.


We are looking for someone who can provide a great service with a welcoming smile, have excellent communication skills and show empathy and consideration to others.

At the heart of what you do will be to ensure our patients receive an exceptional experience before, during and after their Radiology appointment.


You will also cover other duties associated with this role, such as, ensuring patients are correctly registered, adding referrals accurately and in a timely manner and allocate patient appointments.


You will be expected to be a proactive member of the Radiology Admin Team, providing other administrative support and promoting team working, to achieve high standards of patients care and customer service.
