Executive Support Administrator - Stockton, United Kingdom - Pertemps Leamington Spa
Description
We are recruiting for an enthusiastic, experienced Administrator to join our client's team in their Stockton site providing support to their Executive Manager.
This is a family run company who have been in the business for nearly 60 years.This is a full time, permanent position.
The working hours of this role are Monday to Friday, starting at 9am and finishing at 5pm.
This will be at a salary of £25,000.
Key responsibilities include:
- Attending meetings and making notes
- Providing Reception cover when needed, this could be at either their Stockton Site or Leamington Site
- Providing support for the Executive Directors, helping with diary management, making appointments, administration tasks, etc
- And much more
- Can drive and have your own, reliable transport
- Experience in reception work and/or administration
- Comfortable to work with Microsoft Office programmes, such as Excel
- Well presented and have good communication skills
