Our live-in carers are the reason we are so highly rated across England. Our live-in carers work on a rota basis, looking after one person or at times a couple. It's important that you have at least 1 year experience and are happy with self-employment.

Competitive pay
- Our professional care pay starts at £700 per week, increasing up to £1000 depending on clients needs, so that pay reflects the package. We also have a £500 client referral scheme and a £50 carer referral scheme.

Looking after your wellbeing
- Wherever your care placement takes you, we'll always be with you. You'll have 24/7 access to our care management team as well as support from our industry leading care managers.
Your professional development
- Joining you'll go through our comprehensive induction training and have the opportunity to complete your health and social care diplomas.
What you'll do
- Have a set rota working from 1 week to 8 weeks, depending on your requirements
- Personal care, moving and handling and managing medication
- Managing medical conditions such as dementia, stroke and Parkinson's
- Cooking nutritious meals, cleaning and supporting with appointments
- You will have Key Worker status, access to regular testing and PPE will be provided
Who can apply?
- 1 year professional care experience
- A driver's licence is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Willing to travel to clients
- Have excellent spoken and written English
- Physically capable of assisting clients with mobility
- In ownership of a smartphone
