Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of construction tasks including masonry, frame carpentry, door hanging, caulking, heavy equipment operation, concrete finishing, construction painting, trim carpentry, blueprint reading, and drywall.
  • Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accurate and highquality work.
  • Collaborate with other contractors and construction professionals to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Skills:


  • Proficient in various construction trades such as masonry, frame carpentry, door hanging, caulking, heavy equipment operation, concrete finishing, construction painting, trim carpentry, blueprint reading, and drywall.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret project plans and specifications.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise during construction.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other contractors and construction professionals.

Salary:
£200.00-£220.00 per day


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Basildon, Essex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Construction: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
