Premcrete is a family business in Andover SP10 3XW. We are collaborative.

We're looking for a Production Supervisor in our fast-paced production facility in Andover. Premcrete is a manufacturer and distributor of construction chemicals and waterproofing products. We are a young, energetic and motivated organisation which is focused on providing technical solutions to our customers.


What you will be responsible for:

• Leading a team that produces waterproof membranes using specialist laminating technology
• Work Planning
• Assistance with monitoring the quality control of the finished product

- working in a team to achieve key targets that meet the demands of the customers

• Assisting the warehouse team with dispatching and receiving orders when required

This role would suit people who have

• The ability to comfortably perform manual tasks regularly lifting 25kg goods

- good communication skills using the English language
- flexible and adaptable

• Experience of working towards and hitting targets
• A bendiforklift license would be useful but not essential

The Offer
£30-38,000 Salary depending on experience and qualifications

Hours of work 7.00am - 5.00pm
