Position Overview:


As a Team Leader for our Energy Advisers based in Southampton, you will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring a team dedicated to providing excellent energy advisory services including thermal home surveys.

Your leadership will contribute to the success of our mission to drive energy efficiency, reduce carbon footprints, and enhance overall energy awareness in our community.


Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
_

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of energy advisers to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging open communication and knowledgesharing.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to provide constructive feedback and support professional development.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the Energy Adviser team, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimise team performance.
  • 3.

Training and Development:
_

  • Assess necessary training for each team member to enhance their knowledge and skills, keeping them uptodate with industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • 4.

Customer Engagement:
_

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customer engagement strategies that promote energy efficiency solutions and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Address escalated customer inquiries or concerns, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the energy or sustainability sector.
  • Strong understanding of energy efficiency principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and make datadriven decisions.
  • A track record of successfully leading and developing teams.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
£36,000.00 per year
