• Handle payments accurately and efficiently, maintaining a balanced account drawer.
• Upsell additional services or products that may benefit the customer's vehicle performance or longevity.
• Schedule appointments and manage the workflow of service requests to optimise customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while keeping customers informed throughout the process.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
