    Description

    The Senior Manager - Finance will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all Finance and Accounts activities across our clients. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the incumbent will be responsible for a range of financial activities for our clients, ensuring the world class service delivery.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Manage all Finance and Accounts activities
    • Oversee Accounting functions, including C2C, P2P, R2R, Month end and Period close activities.
    • Lead the finalization of Accounts.
    • Handle Banking & Finance activities, both Funded and Non-funded.
    • Perform Inter Branch Reconciliations.
    • Manage Credit Control and Recoveries.
    • Oversee MIS and Budgeting processes.
    • Utilize working knowledge of MS Office Utilities.
    • Utilize working knowledge of Small and mid size ERPlike Sage, MS Dynamics (Desirable Skill Set).
    • Oversee Manpower Management & Training (Desirable Skill Set).
    • Prepare performance report of the region and head the particular regions financial department including Monthly Balance sheets and other financial reports.

    Requirements


    MBA Finance/CA Intermediate/BCom/MCom with 7-10 years of experience at Corporate or regional levels.

    Experience in General Ledger process.

    Team player.

    Good communication skills and creative thinker.

    Accounting Software Proficiency preferred.

    Good knowledge of MS Office suite especially Excel.

    Ability to work in tight deadlines.

    Exposure to ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Sage, Tally preferred.

    Candidates who have worked in BPO/KPO, ITES, Accounting Industry would be added advantage.

    Skills: finance management, budgeting, training, credit control, accounts management, MIS, accounting, reporting, finance, manpower management, banking etc.
