Salary up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience

37.5 hours per week

As a Customer Services Team Leader at our Manchester Diagnostics Suite,you will have full responsibility for the Reception area and you'll promote a friendly relaxing and professional environment and ensure all patients receive an exceptional first impression and efficient service.

You will also have great communication, IT and problem solving skills. You're also able to explain sensitive or complicated information in a way that's clear, sympathetic and easy to understand.

You will have a high performing and can-do attitude and ideally have experience of working in healthcare administration or on reception.

As a Customer Services Team Leader you will:

Manage and co-ordinate all training for the reception team to ensure all standards, rules and regulations are followed and maintained.

Support with consultant compliance checks.

Support with financial billing

Booking patients into a diagnostic schedule

Sending reports to consultants within agreed timescales (KPIs)

Further financial activities, as advised by management
