As a Customer Services Team Leader at our Manchester Diagnostics Suite,you will have full responsibility for the Reception area and you'll promote a friendly relaxing and professional environment and ensure all patients receive an exceptional first impression and efficient service.
You will have a high performing and can-do attitude and ideally have experience of working in healthcare administration or on reception.
As a Customer Services Team Leader you will:
Manage and co-ordinate all training for the reception team to ensure all standards, rules and regulations are followed and maintained.
Support with consultant compliance checks.Support with financial billing
Booking patients into a diagnostic schedule
Sending reports to consultants within agreed timescales (KPIs)
Further financial activities, as advised by management
