An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced QSHE Consultant to join Trinergy Group which provides a shared resource for subsidiary and associated companies (SACs) DMG Delta Ltd and Data Energy Management Services Ltd for 1 to 2 days per week

  • DMG Delta is a London based HVAC Building Services company covering Managed Residential buildings, Heat Networks, Commercial and Educational sectors primarily within the M2
  • Data Energy run and manage heat networks and energy supplies nationally for some of the bestknown developers in the UK.

Role Overview:


This is a pivotal position within the company requiring a sound knowledge in every area of safety, health, environmental and quality systems.

The key focus of the role is to generate and promote a positive health and safety, quality and environmental culture.


The job holder will be responsible for ensuring that all applicable QSHE legislation, in particular safety, is adhered to and policies and practices are adopted.

The job holder will facilitate the planning, implementation, monitoring and review of the protective, preventative and legislative measures that are required in order to ensure legal compliance and minimise operational losses, occupational health problems, accidents and injuries.


Experience:


To be considered for this role you must have the NEBOSH or IOSH Diploma, plus experience within the engineering field (hard FM).

You will also have experience working with all management systems to include 18001, 14001 and 9001 (setting up systems or auditing would be desirable).


Duties:


  • Coordinate ISO Certification
  • Manage internal and external audits
  • Maintain trade certifications i.e. Gas Safe, NICEIC, OFTEC, Waste Carrier Licence
  • Update of all Policies, Procedures and required forms and maintain Document Register with version control
  • Annual update of insurances to all portals and Clients
  • Prepare QSHE Update and attend Engineers Meeting
  • Create and deliver TBTs as per annual schedule
  • Carry out Audits/Inspections as per schedule
  • Create monthly QSHE Report
  • Review and update subcontractors out of date information
  • Approve subcontractors RAMS for issued works
  • Create site specific RAMS
  • Review and approve new subcontractor information
  • Provide QSHE information for PQQs
  • Provide QSHE advice and support
  • Rectify and deliver nonconformance identified in audits
  • Carry out site compliance inspections as required
  • Ensure correct paperwork is completed and retained
  • Investigate accidents and incidents

To Apply:


  • You must be living and authorised to work in the UK.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential plus clear DBS check.
  • IOSH associate member or NEBOSH
  • ISO 18001, 14001 and 9001 knowledge
  • Commute to sites (London)
  • Commute to Stansted office
