G.R Fasteners & Engineering Supplies Ltd is a highly regarded merchant in the fasteners & fixings industry selling products worldwide, along with engineering tools, consumables & hardware for all trades.
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join a busy Warehouse & Trade Counter Sales team at our Avonmouth, Bristol branch.
You will be responsible for
Maintaining a high level of service that GRF have built their reputation on.
The role will be a dual role split between the warehouse operations and serving customers on the trade counter when more experienced and knowledgeable, so a good, friendly manner is essential.
You will be expected to:
- Do all Warehouse duties.
- Trade Counter selling, serving customers in a facetoface roll.
- Picking & packing customer orders for collection & dispatch
- Goods Inward
- Checking stock as well as stock replenishment
- General cleaning duties during quiet times
- Help loading and unloading of vehicles.
- Manual handling and able to lift items up to 25 kilos.
- A good level of physical fitness is required.
- Occasional Delivering / Driving maybe required but not essential.

- 1 Hr Lunch Mon-Thursday (Flexible)
Salary:
Per hour - Overtime paid at time and a half when available.
Holidays:
20 Days (3 to be taken at Christmas) plus all Bank Holidays - for every 5 complete years of employment 1 Extra day's holiday given.
