Enfield Centre of Excellence is seeking to recruit a coordinator to be part of a diverse and vibrant team with a focus on supporting the improvement of practice and developing the children and family's service workforce.

The purpose of the role is to lead on the Centre of Excellence business support functions and processes, providing support to a range of initiatives and projects that contribute to practice improvement and workforce development across the children's services.
Its wards include both the 20% most affluent and deprived areas in the country, with a mix of industrial areas, residential and countryside.
You will be based in the bubbling heart of Enfield Town in a modern newly designed client facing service hub.
The new office has bespoke areas for service users and is an environment which supports our smart working policy, surrounded by small businesses, bars, restaurants, a buzzing high street and shopping centre.
We have good transport links into Central London and are easily accessible to the M25, A10 and A406.About you
You will need to be well organised, with strong all-round communication skills, a keen eye for detail, along with excellent minute taking and IT skills.
You will be required to be a key point of contact, be confident in using excel sheets and writing reports.
You will be supported in this role with regular reflective supervision.
