General Responsibilities:

• Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Conduct audits and investigations to ensure compliance.
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.
• Advise management on needed actions to ensure compliance.
• Provide guidance on legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records of compliance activities.
• Train staff on regulatory requirements.

With this specs:
a) Having worked in a compliance role for at least 6 months in a money service business or as a PSD agent in UK or Europe;
b) The work experience has to be a recent one.

d) Is completely aware of all the relevant regulations under PSR 2017 and MLR 2017 plus all the amendments that came after that.

e) Has taken the relevant trainings such as with ICA or ACAMS in the areas of AML, CDD, KYC.

f) Is not engaged with multiple firms providing MLRO services


Salary:
£60,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
