A well known Lifestyle/ Fashion retailer is recruiting for an assistant manager of their dual site Gatwick Airport store offering a salary of up to £24,100.

A day in the life:


  • As Assistant manager you will put the customer at the heart of everything you do whilst creating a fun and inspiring atmosphere in line with our brand.
  • Be dynamic and influential
- enhance the customer experience to increase revenue.

  • Support and develop your team whilst maintaining the highest standards throughout the store.
  • The assistant manager will lead by example and bring your team with you
- demonstrate exceptional standards maintain the integrity of the brand.

  • Use what you've got
- analyse data given, refer to retail and company strategy, use local/ industry knowledge and commercial creativity to hit ad exceed KPI targets and store performance.


Skills required:


  • Previous management experience.
  • Experience tracking P&L and KPI's.
  • Experience training and developing team.
