Your New Employer:
Regional builder with an enviable reputation in the market and low staff turnover.

Due to natural expansion, they have a requirement for an experienced Working Foreman (joinery background) to join their operations team on a permanent basis.

Due to the fast-paced nature of the business, you should be an energetic and driven Foreman with experience in a similar capacity with another leading housebuilder.

Your New Role:

You will become a key member of the management team, on a new build housing development in the West End of Glasgow.

The role is to aid the Senior Site Manager in directing the development of the site through to completion, ensuring that Programme, Quality and Cost targets are achieved in accordance with the build programme, through the effective management of the Site team and subcontractors.

Requirements:

Experience of operating at Foreman/Assistant Site Manager level for a leading house builder.
Assertive to ensure delivery of targets by the onsite team and trades/labour.
Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.
Knowledge of all aspects of the construction trade and the relevant legislative requirements e.g., Health and Safety
Understanding and experience of dealing with all issues relating to Customer Service.
