Newbury, London, Manchester, Stoke or Newark (Blended working)
This is a key position within the Commercial and Contract Management team, and essential to our growth plans. You will create standard proposals and bespoke RFP responses for increasingly complex deals.

This will require you to work with a variety of stakeholders, actively promoting a best practice proposal and content management process across multi-tower opportunities.

What will you be doing?

Editorial and proposal creation excellence that showcases the Vodafone value proposition
Technical proposal writing strategies that make our proposals easy to evaluate
Robust management protocols
Proposal delivery plans that enable timely bid submissions
A proactive contribution to continuous improvement; standardisation and harmonisation of proposal and content management processes, tools, and templates
A wellrounded appreciation of sales processes and methodologies

Who are we looking for?

Essential

A demonstrable record of success in technology proposal delivery (ideally within the Telco and Unified Communications market)
Able to simplify the presentation of complex topics
A strong intellect; quick thinking, with the ability to interview, coach and influence individual
An excellent understanding of proposal delivery processes, procedures and best practices
Experience of using industry specific proposal management platforms such as Qorus, Qvidian, EasyPQQ etc

Desirable

Public Sector procurement experience (Crown Commercial Services
APMP Qualified to Foundation level (as a minimum).
