Job Title: Regulatory Associate / Senior Associate

Location: Cardiff / hybrid

Experience: 3-10 PQE

The Regulatory Department at our firm acts for businesses and other organisations in a wide range of regulatory and criminal law matters. Our team has a busy prosecution practice, acting for the Welsh Government, local authorities, and other regulators in the prosecution of regulatory offences.

We also advise businesses of all sizes on how to meet their regulatory responsibilities, including dealing with alcohol and gambling licenses, business crime prosecution and defence, and social care experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Criminal advocacy and case preparation
Client following and relationship building
Dealing with regulatory bodies and compliance issues
