Later on you also get the opportunity to be involved in departmental awareness sessions to help bring all stages of the development cycle to life.

Key Responsibilities

Construction

The Construction department manages the build process from receipt of working drawings through to the delivery of homes and commercial property to the end user. There will be a lot of time out of the project office on site in all weathers.

Tasks could include:

Keeping the Site Manager informed of progress
Managing contractors on site
Monitoring Health & Safety
Organising inductions for new workers
Completing paperwork
