- Key Responsibilities
Construction
- The Construction department manages the build process from receipt of working drawings through to the delivery of homes and commercial property to the end user. There will be a lot of time out of the project office on site in all weathers.
Tasks could include:
- Keeping the Site Manager informed of progress
- Managing contractors on site
- Monitoring Health & Safety
- Organising inductions for new workers
- Completing paperwork
