Are you an experienced and dedicated Executive Assistant seeking a new challenge? Look no further Tradewind Recruitment has an exciting opportunity available for a full-time, temporary-to-permanent position as an Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership at a reputable college in Hull.
Responsibilities:
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the senior management team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Servicing senior management team meetings and ensuring accurate minutes are recorded.
Efficiently organizing travel arrangements and coordinating meetings on behalf of senior leadership.
Managing complex and ever-changing diaries to ensure efficient scheduling.
Maintaining an organized filing system and retrieving records when necessary.
Coordinating external inspections and ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
Assisting with complaints and handling sensitive information in line with GDPR regulations.
***Coordinate and manage special projects
Screen and prioritize communications
Prepare reports and presentations
Maintain confidentiality
Manage budgets and expenses
Act as a liaison:
Serve as a point of contact between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders, including staff, students, parents, and external partners, effectively communicating information and relaying messages as required.
***Support event planningPerform general administrative tasks
Full understanding and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven experience as an executive or administrative assistant, with a track record of success.
