Hours: 14.5 per week

Fixed Term - 12 months


An exciting opportunity for a Band 4 position exists to join the existing Patient Pathway Facilitator (PPF) team, supporting cancer services.

We are seeking a motivated, dynamic, proactive individual to join our team of administration staff that support the oncology clinical specialist nurses.

The team work collaboratively with the oncology clinical nurse specialist team to provide a robust pathway for patients diagnosed with a cancer.

This post will be to support the Breast and Skin cancer teams


The post holder will be required to work autonomously as well as part of the immediate and larger team with clear objectives on supporting the nurse specialists to deliver key priorities in cancer including delivery of Risk Stratified Follow Up Pathways, Holistic Needs Assessment and End of Treatment Summaries.


We are seeking an individual who has a clear vision to meet patient and Trust needs ensuring clinical governance is a priority alongside patient safety.
