Job Summary:
Established Industrial Occupier require an additional Estates Surveyor to join the existing team.

The role will include involvement in rent reviews/lease renewals, managing acquisitions & disposals along with general property, maintenance and strategic asset management matters.

Working closely with the head of property, this is an exceptional, hands on opportunity

The portfolio is predominantly Industrial, spread around the UK.

The role requires an MRICS Qualified Surveyor (or an APC Surveyor with completed diary) and is paying circa £40 - £45,000 + Company Car + Benefits (DOE).
