Overview:

To provide administrative services for Cascade Group Services and the wider company.

To ensure that the Cascade Ethos and Values are at the heart of everything you do.

Undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required to ensure your professional development.


The Role:

Cascade is recruiting an Administration Support. This a fantastic opportunity to work with an independently run provider based in Norwich and Hull.


Our client provides residential care for adults and children with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour based in Norwich and Hull.


We are looking to recruit an office based, administrative support who is a motivated and versatile individual, who is able to use initiative has great organisational skills to support the recruitment and retention manager, as well as the existing administration team and the wider group.


Responsibilities:


  • Management of training for our Stiles Wilson Care Home.
  • Support Compliance & homes with online auditing
  • Supporting homes post or pre inspection occasionally with administration if required
  • Support compliance team with filing, expenses, calendar management and general admin
  • Supporting recruitment in line with the safer recruitment processes
  • Minute meetings
  • General admin tasks
  • Arranging training for Hull Care Homes
  • Allocation of Care Certificates
  • Supporting Hull Care Homes with management of office occasionally
  • Management of Therm Road office, visitor management, parcel receiving, ordering stationery & resources.
  • Fire, health and safety tasks, carrying out associated duties, such as raising maintenance & fire testing.

Requirements for the role:


  • Experience within a similar role or the care sector is desirable
  • Organisational skills are essential
  • Flexible and approachable attitude
  • Excellent communication skills written and oral

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Part-time hours: 24 per week


Salary:
£10.57 per hour
