Do you enjoy working with children? Would you like to support the holiday camp programme across Plymouth?


We'd like you to:

  • Able to deliver a range of highquality innovative sports and physical activities to mixed age children following set program guidelines and relevant templates.
  • Demonstrate an ability to adapt on the job, keeping children physically engaged and mentally stimulated
  • Work well amongst others, with safeguarding at the centre of all you do
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with all members of the delivery team and designated camps as an advocate for Premier Eduation and their values.

Skills/Experience required_

  • Hold all qualifications to meet Premier Education's Minimum delivery requirement
  • Coaching L2 or above, School environment L2 or above e.g., PESS level 2, Coaching Children L2 or above e.g., Multi Skills.
  • Demonstrate experience and the ability to follow instructions, procedures, and policies with previous experience of meeting set deadlines.
  • No Criminal Convictions and be able to successfully undergo a DBS criminal record check.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as individually with mínimal supervision.
  • Passed experience of project management and team management
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to vehicle.

Some specific information below:

  • Position: 68 weeks for our Summer holiday role as part of our summer holiday programme.
  • Full training provided for role
  • Salary: from £11.42 per hour
  • Role would be between 16 & 35 hours per week working 7hr working shift patterns.


Training will be given prior to the role starting with an opportunity to take this role forward alongside studying or coaching elsewhere.
