Located on the ground floor of Manchester Hall, in the heart of the City Centre, Masons Restaurant & Bar is an award-winning establishment, known for its unique and elegant atmosphere.


As a Bartender, you will be responsible for:

  • Knowledge of all laws and regulations regarding serving alcohol
  • Familiarity with our cocktail/drink menu
  • Ability to learn and follow all specifications
  • Maintenance of a clean, tidy, and wellstocked bar
  • Consistent production of cocktails
  • Processing of payments
  • Cooperation and communication with managers and floor team
  • Willingness to assist other areas of the restaurant when needed
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Basic math proficiency
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • A positive attitude
  • Good knowledge of spirits and the bar
  • The ability to make basic cocktails.
