Position - Care Team Leader

Type of Contract - Permanent

Salary - £25,376 p.a.

Hours - 40 per week

About the role - This role involves assisting to manage the service and ensure the highest levels of care are adhered to at all time. Duties include organising rotas, keeping care plans up to date and implemented, delivering hands on care, liaison with parents, holding meeting and reporting finding to the Registered Manager, support other members of staff with completing their inductions, supervisions and annual reviews.

Type of person required - Ideally, you will have a Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent and a proven track record delivering high quality care to adults with learning disabilities. Computer skills and good levels of numeracy and literacy.
