About the job:
This position will be delivering projects within the M25 area.

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish.

The role will involve surveying potential works for the Restoration team. Any works secured will result in you earning commissions. A company car will be provided for this role.

Objectives of this Position

  • You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Have experience in site management and experience of running jobs.
  • Attend site and client meetings.
  • Lead the review of standards to ensure compliance with regulatory, government policy changes and train to the wider team.
  • Provide leadership, direction, coaching and support to your direct report and their teams to effectively deliver their team goals and to develop their potential.
  • You will be responsible for working on projects from concept to completion.
  • Part of your responsibilities will be to liaise with clients and Operations manager/oversee projects on site.
  • Have experience in carrying out valuations of properties.
  • Confidently manage projects and/or multidisciplinary teams

Skills and Qualifications required

  • A minimum of 5 years Supervisory experience within construction or relatable industries.
  • Previous working experience as a Site Manager and Project Manager with client interactions.
  • You will possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understand building materials and being able to advise the site teams the correct materials to use.
  • Experience carrying out quality checks and have the ability to produce professionally written reports.
  • You will be responsible for working on projects from concept to completion.
  • Ideally holds a PM qualification/formal training.
  • We are looking for an individual who is attentive, assertive, driven and able to manage their time and responsibilities effectively.
  • Clean driver's license.
  • Highly motivated and able to work on their own as well as part of a team.

Benefits and Pay

  • Working hours are from 8am5pm, Monday-Friday
  • The pay for this position is competitive and can start at £40,000 + per annum, depending on experience
  • PAYE contract
  • Directors Discretionary Commission Scheme.
  • 28 days paid holiday leave

  • A company car and fuel card will be provided.
