    Description

    We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Advisor to join beBee Professionals in the United Kingdom. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and resolving queries promptly.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat queries from customers.
    • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
    • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
    • Process customer orders and manage account information.
    • Keep records of customer interactions and follow-up tasks.
    • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.

    • Ability to handle high-volume queries while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
