Our manufacturing client based in Dartford is seeking a skilled
Continuous Improvement Process Engineer. The role so CI Process Engineer is offered as a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday.


Salary:
£35,000 to £40,000 with excellent benefits

Dartford, Kent


Hours:
Days

Benefits: 6% non-contractual bonus, health care, sub restaurant,

21 days leave rising to 26 with service

Demonstrated experience in Manufacturing CI support role

Understanding of Risk management

Demonstrated expertise in problem solving

Experience working within a lean manufacturing environment.

A good working knowledge of all processes and equipment within the factory.

Demonstrated project and time management skills, including a track record of creating plans and meeting deadlines.

Proven ability to balance multiple, competing priorities

Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a good team player, proactive and flexible approach


Continuous Improvement Process Engineer duties and responsibilities:
Daily hands-on support to operations team

Lead Kaizen projects and events.

Focused support for production output to maintain attainment delivery

Be the primary lead in the escalation process developing a Problem-Solving culture.

Lead or participate in process design, new production technology introduction, CAPAs, Engineering and EHS activities.

Identify and deliver cost savings

Identify opportunities to improve process capability, machine performance and uptime

Adhere to legal, corporate and site legislation, and procedures

Compliance with GMP requirements and uphold these standards

Compliance with EHS requirements and uphold these standards

Seek and deliver CI opportunities across the site


Continuous Improvement Process Engineer Education/Experience/Qualifications Required:
Degree, or equivalent in a STEM Discipline

Six Sigma Green Belt, or demonstrates a similar approach to problem solving

PC Skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Strong Working Knowledge of Problem-solving tools.
