Administrator P/t - Bognor Regis, United Kingdom - Personnel Selection
Description
We seek an experienced, self motivated administrator who is also comfortable dealing with all incoming calls to the business.
Our client is a busy financial company and the role will largely be dealing with incoming enquiries from potential customers and clients, digital filing and recording of data and managing compliance.
This role will require someone who is very competent using MS Office including Excel, you should ideally have worked in a similar role and be comfortable dealing with inbound calls, Organising couriers, post and ad hoc special client projects.
Technicallythere will be high levels of processing digital data, so MS Office competency including Excel and the ability to update and navigate around in house CRM systems and online data storage software will be essential.
This client has a very postive work environment, so they would love a self movtivated, super origanised,outgoing person who has a keen eye for detail is professionally courteous and open to learning new skills.
THIS ROLE IS PPERMANET PART-TIME - MONDAY TO FRIDAY - there is some flexibility around the start time (08:30/9 ideally) but the role holder must cover the lunchbreak which finishes at 2pm.
