Permanent - 40 Hours per week
We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated
Customer Service Operative to join our team covering Lovell's East Midlands region.
Working to deliver the best quality in service, you will carry out responsive maintenance works, attending to defects reported within the warranty period for purchasers and clients, whilst completing work to an excellent standard, achieving customer satisfaction at all times.
You'll be responsible for health and safety to both operative and the occupants of the property, limiting the extent of damage and making safe in the event of emergency works.
With good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, you'll exhibit high service standards to ensure customer expectations are met.
