• Interpret and work from detailed drawings and specifications.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials to construct bespoke furniture and joinery items to exacting standards and accurate tolerances
• Operate a variety of woodworking machinery and hand tools.
• Ensure all finished products meet company standards and client specifications.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

• Proven experience as a Bench Joiner/Cabinet Maker.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and joinery methods.
• Proficiency in using a variety of woodworking machinery and hand tools.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality work.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
