***Switch Advisor Ltd is looking for a Retail Advisor to join our team in Southampton. The Retail Advisor will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting, working closely with the Store Manager and other staff to provide excellent customer service and support the overall store environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with the Store Manager to create an atmosphere that promotes customer engagement and sales
Assist customers to choose products and merchandise that best fit their needs
Maintain cleanliness of store and outside areas
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering assistance and understanding their needs.
Provide expert product knowledge to customers, explaining features, benefits, and differences to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
Recommend suitable products based on customer preferences and requirements.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and positive wordofmouth referrals.
