Brooke Groundworks and Civil Engineering are looking for someone to provide Office support/Admin Assistance to work in our Denton Depot.
The role will consist of assisting the Director and Commercial team with day to day office activities. Briefly, this will be record keeping, uploading invoices, keeping track of employees timesheets, placing orders with suppliers, arranging deliveries, etc.
You will be dealing with members of the public and other contractors so must have an eye for detail.
Excellent Computer Experience, Excel, Data Bases, Spread Sheets, Word, Google calendar,
To provide general administrative and clerical support to our site Managers over the telephone.
To be responsible for the company's databases and registries.
To update and look after the companies Social media presence.
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Salary:
Negotiable depending upon experience. Circa £15,000 to £25,000 Pro rata
