About the Role:

Help us make a positive different to colleagues' lives._**We have an exciting opportunity to join our People Services Team as the People Services Team Leader (Operations).

In this role, you'll lead our People Services Team to provide best in class HR services.

The People Services Team provide advice, guidance and support to all 3000+ colleagues at Northumbrian Group in relation to all People activities.

We pride ourselves on delivering an unrivalled colleague experience and you'll be at the forefront of delivering this.

You'll be part of an innovative team where you'll be empowered to continuously improve our service, ensuring our core people processes are effective and optimized for the entire business.


You'll collaborate and build relationships with our wider People team, particularly the Business Partnering Team and Centres of Excellence, to support our people strategy and ensure seamless service delivery.


About You:

You'll be someone who cares about delivering an unrivalled people experience through leading an effective HR service. You'll have worked in a generalist HR role and have experience of leading an HR service team.

You'll have a track record of overseeing all core tasks and cyclical activities associated with managing an operational HR service.
