Responsibilities
- Provision of administrative support including printing, scanning and filing of documents.
- General office support duties answering phone calls and taking messages, greeting visitors etc
- Collating and managing data to complete company and client reporting.
- Assist with the maintenance of Crown Highways Quality, Health & Safety, Environment and Collaborative accreditations and management systems.
Skills and Aptitudes
- Enthusiasm and passion to ensure that all Crown Highways work is delivered in a manner without compromise on safety, quality or customer service.
- Understanding of of the importance of meeting client and customer requirements, particularly in meeting deadlines.
- Patience, diplomacy and a collaborative approach.
- An investigative mind and attention to detail
- IT skills
- A flexible approach to work and willingness to learn.
Qualifications & Experience
- GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent) grade 94 (A-C) preferred
