ERP Change Manager, 6 months+, Outside IR35, Remote working, Occasional travel
Good afternoon


I'm currently looking for an experienced Change Manager to join a well known organisation in the UK on an initial 6 month contract, with a view to further extension.

The position is outside of IR35.


The organisation are undertaking an ERP Transformation (covering Finance, Procurement, HR, etc), and as a result, I'm looking for someone that has had prior experience of working in a similar programme.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Help to manage the Business Change element of the ERP Transformation programme.
  • Ensuring that activities are clearly scoped, adequately resourced from a User perspective and that deliverables and milestones are specified and tracked.
  • Ensure that specific Change deliverables are achieved.
  • Develop and contribute to a set of programme products (including Comms) needed to achieve successful implementation
  • Facilitate and contribute to the identification of business benefits to ensure cultural change takes place.


Tier 1 ERP experience (SAP or Oracle) experience would be preferred, but I am also able to consider D365, Workday, IFS, Unit4, etc.
