Since our founding, ADS has experienced tremendous year-on-year growth, continuing to expand through investment in machinery, infrastructure, and highly skilled people.

We now employ over 95 staff in an 87,000 square feet unit equipped with the latest technology.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for sheet metal fabrication and welding projects using estimating software and company pricing guidelines.
  • Communicate with customers regarding specific requirements and ensure all customer communications are accurately documented.
  • Accurately calculate quantities of materials required for projects based on engineering drawings and specifications.
  • In the absence of the quotation coordinator, manage the estimating inbox, allocate incoming quotes to estimators within the team, oversee the estimation process, prioritize tasks, and ensure all incoming quotes are allocated promptly.
  • Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Assist in the preparation of comprehensive and competitive bids for client submission.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all estimates, quotations, and communications related to each project.
  • Collaborate with senior estimators, sales, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely completion of estimates.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the estimating process.
  • Fulfill any other management requests as needed.

Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes:


  • Previous experience in manufacturing estimating or a related field is desirable.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Clear communicator with excellent influencing and motivational skills.
  • Proficient in computer usage, including estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and resultsdriven with a flexible attitude.
  • High attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, use own initiative, and problemsolve effectively.
  • Strong teamworking and people skills.
  • Professional, courteous, and acts with integrity and honesty.
