Description
We are searching for a highly motivated Customer Support Agent to work within a fun and fast paced environment.


We are on the lookout for an individual that takes a customer and client-centric approach to help us develop products suited to tackling existing client and customer pain points.


Working within the customer support department you will be working 8:45 am to 5:15 pm Monday to Thursday with an early finish on a Friday working 8:45 to 4:30 pm.


You will be involved in various aspects of customer support within DragonPass across our global market's communicating to different groups of people in a variety of languages using an assortment of tools.


Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time


Salary:
£25,000.00 per year

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
