We are looking for a Client Relationship Coordinator in our Basildon Vets4Pets Surgery.

This is a Full Time or Part Time role, with 5 days of working per week. This will be 8 hour shifts, ranging from 8am-12pm, and 4pm-8pm

You will be responsible for managing client complaints with support from the Partners we have a clients services manager who deals with clients complaints but the hope is that some concerns and upsets can be diffused on the "shop floor" which is where this role comes in.

You would need to have a high level of customer service experience, in a client facing environment and no clinical experience is needed.

A big smile, a warm heart and dedicated to making every client touch point matter. You will be smart, confident and willing to learn. You will put client, and pet happiness and satisfaction at the heart of everything you do.

If you have great problem-solving abilities, love the face to face aspect of working in a surgery as well as dealing with the HR requirements of a diverse and inclusive veterinary team this may be the role for you.

Previous experience of working a vet team is not essential, but proven teamwork, planning and a motivating personality are qualities we will prioritise.

What will you do?

This role is a newly created role to support our client journey, from beginning to end.
You will act as a host, visible to any client entering the Practice area to enhance the experience. This could be from a simple 'Hello' and direction, to assessing and supporting complex and sometimes sensitive situations with clients and their pets.
You will ensure our practice ethos of being the friendliest practice in the area permeates all that we do and offer.
You will be responsible for managing client complaints with support from the Partners.
You will manage your own diary to achieve all of the above.
